Womcat.org runs on an open source content management system. This script allows you to submit an news/website that will be reviewed by an admin and then your website/article/news will be promoted based on popularity. When a member adds a new article, it will first be located in the un-published area until it receives some votes to be promoted to the main page. So try to put unique description and title to your bookmarks!

 

Be aware that:

1. Your site must be related to the categories
 Your submission has to contain contents in relation to the categories.
 
 2. Absolutely no 'warez' of any kind
 If your submission contains any kind of illegal downloads, our editors will be deleting them. We expect every member to have keep this in mind before submitting any kinds of news, blogs, articles etc...
 
 3. No porn on your site
 This is, of course, against our policy. Your IP address will be banned if you submit such links.
 
 4. No links to warez or porn sites
 Your site mustn't contain any links to different websites which contains similar content mentioned above.
 
 6. Do not copy contents from other sites
 Copying descriptions, reviews and blogs of other people are against our policy. Your submission must contain description of your own words.
 
 7. No spamming
 Keep in mind that this is not a spam site, and not a place where you can spam. Members are expected to participate, share and vote each other's submissions.
 
 9. No commercialized sites
 Submissions with the goal to make profit through Womcat will not be accepted in any case and will not be approved. Do not try to make your business advertisement through Womcat.
